Upon ordering you have two weeks to make a return. You can re-package and post your item to the shop requesting us to refund the order.
Please include your invoice and a note explaining how you would like your refund handled. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The product is in its original packaging
The product isn’t used or damaged
You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return Please allow at least 2-3 weeks from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
NOTE: Restocking fee will be charged 10%. Promotions or any other special sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
